Indication
It is clinically used for white blood cells or thrombocytopenia, a variety of acute and chronic liver diseases, pulmonary heart disease and other heart diseases; central retinitis, optic nerve atrophy and other diseases.
Adverse reactions 
Intravenous nausea and facial flushing occasionally occur.
Usage and dosage 
Intramuscular injection, 100-200mg each time, 1-2 times a day; Intravenous injection or infusion 200-600mg each time, 1-2 times a day.
Contraindications 
Can not be combined with orotic acid, chloramphenicol, dipyridamole, thiopental and other injections.
