These three forms of sphygmomanometers, finger type electronic sphygmomanometers, even for healthy people, have been proved to be unusable. Before using electronic sphygmomanometer, we should rest for a few minutes to eliminate the effect of tired, excited blood pressure. If after exercise, you must rest for 30 minutes before measuring.
In warm room, the blood pressure is measured at the same time every day. The rise of blood pressure after waking up in the morning or at noon conforms to the general law of blood pressure fluctuation. At this time, it can reflect the highest blood pressure of the tested person most truly.
The arm belt should be tied properly, which is the center of the arm belt at the same level as the heart.
Relax before measurement, take several deep breaths; measure continuously for 5 minutes; do not speak or shake the body during measurement.
The arm type cuff should not be too tight or loose, and it can be easily placed in the index finger, and the trachea should be located on the inside of the arm.
