Indication:
It is mainly used for the following infections caused by Staphylococcus, Streptococcus (except Enterococcus), pneumococcus, influenza bacillus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacteriaceae, Citrobacter, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus reinhardtii, proteus morganii, etc
Sepsis, postoperative infection, burn infection, subcutaneous abscess, bloating, furuncle, furuncle, osteomyelitis, suppurative arthritis, tonsillitis (peritonsillitis, peritonsillar abscess), bronchitis, bronchiectasis with infection, pneumonia, pulmonary sepsis, empyema, cholangitis, cholecystitis, peritonitis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis, cerebrospinal meningitis Membranous inflammation, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, parauterine tissue inflammation, adnexitis, vestibular gland inflammation, otitis media, paranasal sinusitis.

Usage and dosage:
Generally, adults are given 0.5-2g a day, divided into 2-4 times; children are given 40-80mg / kg a day, divided into 3-4 times, intravenous injection. The daily dose of this product can be increased to 4G for adult sepsis and 160mg / kg for severe and refractory infections such as infantile sepsis and cerebrospinal meningitis. Intravenous injection can be dissolved with normal saline or glucose injection solution. In addition, the dosage of 0.25-2g can also be added to the infusion of sugar, electrolyte or amino acid for intravenous drip within 30 minutes to 2 hours. For children, the dosage mentioned above can be referred to for intravenous drip within 30 minutes to 1 hour after being added to the rehydration.

This product contains buffer anhydrous sodium carbonate. Because CO2 occurs during dissolution, the bottle is made into negative pressure. When dissolving 1g, about 5ml solution can be injected into the bottle to dissolve it.
(for 1g of injection, if it is used for intravenous drip, 100ml solution can be added to dissolve it.)
During intravenous injection, 1 g is usually diluted to 20ml before injection.
During intravenous drip, it can not be diluted with water for injection because it can not form isotonic solution.
When dissolving this product, please read the dissolution instructions attached to this product.
Contact measles may occur when this injection is prepared. In case of swelling, itching, redness, systemic rash, itching, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting on the hand, avoid contacting this product in the future.

Adverse reactions:
(1) Shock: shock symptoms occur occasionally, so attention should be paid to observation after administration. In case of discomfort, abnormal sensation in mouth, wheezing, vertigo, defecation, tinnitus, sweating and other symptoms, the administration should be stopped.
(2) Anaphylactic reaction: in case of rash, urticaria, erythema, itching, fever, lymphadenopathy, joint pain and other allergic reactions, the administration should be stopped and appropriate treatment should be done.
(3) Kidney: acute renal failure and other serious renal disorders occasionally occur. Therefore, regular examination and full observation should be carried out. In case of abnormal conditions, the administration should be stopped and appropriate treatment should be taken.
(4) Blood: sometimes red blood cell reduction, granulocytopenia, eosinophilic leukocyte increased, thrombocytopenia, occasionally hemolytic anemia.
(5) Liver: sometimes alt, AST, alkaline phosphatase increased, occasionally bilirubin, lactate dehydrogenase, gamma glutamyl transpeptidase increased.
(6) Digestive system: occasionally, pseudomembranous colitis and other severe colitis accompanied with bloody stool symptoms should be stopped immediately and properly handled if abdominal pain or multiple diarrhea occurs due to the application of this product. This product can sometimes cause nausea, diarrhea, occasionally vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain and other symptoms.
(7) Respiratory system: occasionally accompanied by fever, cough, dyspnea, chest X-ray abnormalities, eosinophilia and other symptoms of interstitial pneumonia, if the above symptoms occur, should stop medication and take appropriate treatment such as injection of adrenocortical hormone.
(8) Central nervous system: when patients with renal failure are given large doses of drugs, spasm and other neurological symptoms may sometimes appear.
(9) Alternation of flora: stomatitis and candidiasis occur occasionally.
(10) Vitamin deficiency: occasional vitamin K deficiency (hypothrombin, bleeding tendency, etc.), vitamin B deficiency (glossitis, stomatitis, loss of appetite, neuritis, etc.).

Taboo:
