Indications:

Local anesthetics. It is used for infiltration anesthesia, block anesthesia, lumbar spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia and sealing therapy, etc.

Dosage:

Infiltration anesthesia: 0.25%-0.5% solution, no more than 1.5g per hour.
 Block anesthesia: 1%-2% solution, no more than 1.0g per hour.
 Epidural anesthesia: 2% solution, no more than 0.75g per hour.

Adverse reactions:

This product may have hypersensitivity reactions and allergic reactions, and individual patients may develop methemoglobinemia; too large a dose, too fast absorption speed or accidentally entering the blood vessel can cause toxic reactions.

Taboo:

Patients with cardiac and renal insufficiency and myasthenia gravis are contraindicated.

Precautions:

1. An intradermal sensitivity test must be done before administration. Caution should be taken when there is a large blush in the surrounding area. It must be administered in divided doses. Those with papules should be observed for a longer period of time. Each time does not exceed 30-50mg to prove that there is no defect. The drug can be continued when it responds, and the drug should be discontinued immediately if the patient complains of discomfort with obvious papules.
2. Except for special reasons, it is generally not necessary to add  If it is necessary to add it, it should be added at the time of use, and patients with hypertension should be cautious.
3. The medicinal solution should not be injected into the blood vessel, and the drug should be repeatedly sucked, and there should be no return of blood.
4. The toxicity of this product is related to the route of administration, injection speed, concentration of the drug solution, injection site, whether is added, etc., and it should be administered strictly in accordance with the instructions. Malnutrition and starvation are more prone to toxic reactions and should be reduced.
5. After giving the maximum dose, you should rest for more than 1 hour and act accordingly.
6. During spinal anesthesia, it is especially necessary to adjust the block level and observe the changes in blood pressure and pulse at any time.
7. The injection equipment should not be washed and disinfected with alkaline substances such as soap, cresol soap solution, etc. The injection site should avoid contact with iodine, otherwise it will cause procaine precipitation.

Medicine interactions:

1. It can strengthen the effect of muscle relaxants and prolong the action time of muscle relaxants. It is advisable to reduce the dosage of muscle relaxants when combined with muscle relaxants.
2. The dose should be reduced when combined with other local anesthetics.
3. This product can reduce the efficacy of sulfa drugs, and it is not suitable to use sulfa drugs at the same time.
4. This product can enhance the effect of digitalis drugs, and its combined use can cause its toxic reaction.
5. Anticholinesterase drugs such as neostigmine can interfere with the metabolism of this product and increase the toxicity of this product. Avoid joint application.
6. This product can deepen the effect of narcotic analgesics on respiratory depression and hypotension.
7. This product is not compatible with the following drugs: sodium bicarbonate, barbiturates, aminophylline, magnesium sulfate, heparin sodium, sodium nitroprusside, mannitol, neostigmine methyl sulfate,  dichloromethane Semisone and others.
