indication:
Tonsillitis, pharyngitis, scarlet fever, erysipelas, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infections, infective endocarditis

Usage and dosage
Oral administration. Adult streptococcus infection: 125-250 mg once every 6-8 hours for 10 days. Pneumococcal infection: 250-500mg once, once every 6 hours, until at least 2 days after fever abatement. Staphylococcus infection, spirochete infection (Fen Seng angina): 250 ~ 500 mg once, once every 6 ~ 8 hours. Prevention of recurrence of rheumatic fever: 250 mg once, twice a day. Prevention of endocarditis: take 2G orally one hour before tooth extraction or upper respiratory tract surgery, and then take 1g (half of the dose for children below 27kg) six hours later. 3 mg / kg, once every 4 hours; or 3.75-14 mg / kg, once every 6 hours; or 5-18.7 mg / kg,

Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions include urticaria, angioneurotic edema, erythema multiforme, exfoliative dermatitis, fever, arthralgia, anaphylactic shock and allergic reactions (asthma, purpura, gastrointestinal symptoms). The above symptoms occurred less and were weaker than those of non intestinal administration. Allergic reactions in patients with fungal diseases may be caused by the co allergenicity of metabolites of skin fungi and penicillin. Gastrointestinal symptoms include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, bloating, and sometimes stomatitis and glossitis. If diarrhea occurs during treatment, it may be pseudomembranous enteritis (see Precautions). Abnormal eosinophilia, Coombs' test positive, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis are rare.

taboo
Penicillin skin test positive reaction, allergic to this product and other penicillin drugs and infectious mononucleosis patients are prohibited.
matters needing attention
Patients with allergic reactions should be stopped immediately and treated with epinephrine, antihistamines and corticosteroids. If staphylococcal infection is suspected, bacteriological studies should be carried out. For the patients who take penicillin to prevent recurrent rheumatic fever, the dose should be doubled before operation (tonsillectomy and tooth extraction, etc.) for preoperative prevention. The patients who take this product for a long time should have the whole blood cell count, blood cell classification count and liver and kidney function examination. During the long-term treatment, we should pay attention to the excessive reproduction of drug-resistant microorganisms and fungi. Infectious mononucleosis is a viral disease. Therefore, it does not need antibiotics. If the product is used, the incidence rate of rash will increase. In case of persistent and severe diarrhea, pseudomembranous enteritis may occur (seroid myxoid dysentery; blunt and diffuse colic pain; abdominal pain; fever and occasional diarrhea). This condition is life-threatening. Penicillin V potassium should be stopped immediately and treated under the guidance of bacteriological research (such as oral vancomycin 250mg, four times a day). Avoid antispasmodics. There is no relevant report about the influence on the ability of driving and operating the machine.
