Indication:
It can be used to prevent and treat bleeding before and after various operations, and it can also be used for bleeding caused by poor platelet function and increased vascular fragility.
Usage and dosage:
1. Intramuscular or intravenous injection of 0.25-0.5g once, 0.5-1.5g a day. Intravenous drip: 0.25-0.75g once, 2-3 times a day, diluted and drip.
2. To prevent postoperative bleeding, 0.25-0.5g was given intravenously or intramuscularly 15-30 minutes before operation, and 0.25g was given 2 hours later if necessary.
Adverse reactions:
This product has low toxicity, nausea, headache, rash, temporary hypotension, and occasionally anaphylactic shock after intravenous injection.
Matters needing attention:
This product can be mixed with vitamin K injection, but not with aminocaproic acid injection.
Pharmacology and Toxicology:
This product can make blood vessels constrict, reduce capillary permeability, enhance platelet aggregation and adhesion, promote platelet to release clotting active substances, shorten clotting time, and achieve hemostatic effect. The plasma concentration reached the peak one hour after intravenous injection, and the effect lasted for 4-6 hours. Most of them were excreted from the kidney in the original form, and a small part was excreted from bile and feces.
