Indications:
1. The following infectious diseases caused by Gram-positive bacteria:
(1) Tonsillitis, suppurative otitis media, sinusitis, etc.
(2) Acute bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, lung abscess and bronchiectasis combined infection, etc.
(3) Skin and soft tissue infections: boils, carbuncle, abscesses, cellulitis, trauma, burns and post-operative infections.
(4) Urinary system infection: acute urethritis, acute pyelonephritis, prostatitis, etc.
(5) Others: osteomyelitis, sepsis, peritonitis and oral infections, etc.
2. Various infectious diseases caused by anaerobic bacteria:
(1) Empyema, lung abscess, anaerobic pneumonia.
(2) Skin and soft tissue infections, sepsis.
(3) Intra-abdominal infection: peritonitis, intra-abdominal abscess.
(4) Female pelvic and genital infections: endometritis, non-gonococcal fallopian tube and ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis, and infection after gynecological surgery.
Adverse reactions:
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: common nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.; severe cases include abdominal cramps, abdominal tenderness, severe diarrhea (watery or pus-blood samples), accompanied by fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembranous enteritis) ). Diarrhea, enteritis, and pseudomembranous enteritis can occur in the initial stage of medication, and can also occur several weeks after stopping the medication.
2. Blood system: Leukopenia, neutropenia, eosinophilia and thrombocytopenia may occasionally occur; aplastic anemia is rare.
3. Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching, etc., occasionally urticaria, angioedema and serum sickness reactions, etc., rare exfoliative dermatitis, bullous dermatitis, erythema multiforme and Steven-Johnson syndrome.
4. Abnormal liver and kidney function, such as elevated serum aminotransferase, jaundice, etc.
5. Intravenous drip may cause phlebitis; intramuscular injection may cause local pain, induration and aseptic abscess.
6. Others: tinnitus, dizziness, candida infection, etc.
Taboo:
This product has cross-resistance with lincomycin and clindamycin. It is forbidden for those who have a history of allergy to clindamycin or lincomycin.
Precautions:
1. This product has no cross-allergic reaction with penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics, and can be used for those who are allergic to penicillin.
2. This product is forbidden to be compatible with ampicillin, phenytoin, barbiturates, aminophylline, calcium gluconate and magnesium sulfate.
3. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
4. If pseudomembranous enteritis occurs, vancomycin 0.125~0.5g orally can be used for treatment 4 times a day.

Medicine interactions:
1. Clindamycin has neuromuscular blockade, which may improve the effects of other neuromuscular blockers. The two are not suitable for combination.
2. This product has an antagonistic effect with erythromycin and chloramphenicol, so it should not be used in combination.
3. This product is compatible with novobiocin, kanamycin, ampicillin, phenytoin, barbiturate hydrochloride, aminophylline, calcium gluconate and magnesium sulfate.
4. The combination of this product and opioid analgesics may aggravate the depression of the respiratory center.
