Pharmacological action:
This product is a highly effective and lasting tricyclic antihistamine, and a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist. It can relieve various symptoms caused by allergic reaction.
Indication:
It is used to relieve allergic rhinitis related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, stuffy nose, itchy eyes and burning sensation. After oral administration, symptoms and signs of nose and eye were relieved rapidly. It is also suitable for relieving the symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, pruritus and other allergic skin diseases.
Adverse reactions:
Common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea, gastritis and rash. The rare adverse reactions included alopecia, allergic reaction, abnormal liver function, tachycardia and palpitation.
In clinical trials involving about 90000 patients, the following adverse reactions occurred, with an incidence of less than 2%:
Autonomic nervous system: tears, salivation, flushing, insensitive, impotence, sweating;
General conditions: angioneurotic edema, weakness, back pain, blurred vision, chest pain, earache, eye pain, leg cramps, depression, chills, tinnitus, virus infection, weight gain;
Cardiovascular system: hypertension, hypotension, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia and syncope;
Central and peripheral nervous system: eye and face spasm, vertigo, paresthesia, tremor;
Gastrointestinal system: dyspepsia, bloating, taste changes, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, hiccup, increased appetite, toothache, vomiting;
Musculoskeletal system: arthritis, myalgia;
Mental nervous system: excitement, amnesia, anxiety, insanity, decreased libido, depression, inattention, insomnia, irritability;
Reproductive system: breast pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginitis;
Respiratory system: bronchitis, bronchospasm, cough, dyspnea, epistaxis, hemoptysis, laryngitis, dry nose, pharyngitis, sinusitis, sneezing;
Skin and appendages: dermatitis, dry hair, dry skin, photosensitive reaction, pruritus, purpura, rubella;
Urinary system: frequency of urine, appearance of urine, urinary incontinence, urinary retention;
In addition, taking this product can also cause occasional breast hyperplasia, erythema multiforme, peripheral edema, epilepsy.
Matters needing attention:
1. Patients with severe liver failure should use it under the guidance of doctors.
2. Pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution.
3. The use of this product should be discontinued about 48 hours before skin test, because antihistamines can prevent or reduce the occurrence of positive reaction in skin test.
4. It is forbidden to use this product in case of allergic constitution.
5. It is forbidden to use this product when its properties change.
6. Please keep this product out of the reach of children.
7. Children must use it under adult supervision.

10. For patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, the dosage should be reduced. It is recommended to take 10mg once every 2 days or under the guidance of a doctor.
11. As the plasma concentration of elderly patients after taking medicine is higher than that of healthy people, it is necessary to pay close attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions when elderly patients use this product for a long time.
