Usage method:

       1. Ask the patient to sit down with his head tilted back and open his mouth to remove the secretion from the surface of the anterior nostril;
       2. The tongue was fixed with tongue depressor, and polyester or calcium alginate swab was used to cross the tongue base to the posterior                      pharyngeal wall, tonsil recess and lateral wall;
       3. After repeated wiping for 3-5 times, mucosal cells were collected;
       4. Take out the swab gently to avoid touching the tongue, hypophysis, oral mucosa and saliva;
       5. Insert the swab back into the sampling device or suitable transfer device.
