2. Tie the pressure pulse belt, disinfect the puncture site, pull out the blood collection needle sleeve, make the patient's arm slightly downward, puncture the vein.
3. Put the prepared blood sampling device into the needle holder. The concave edge of the needle holder is clamped by the index finger and the middle finger. Push the bottom of the test tube with the thumb. Penetrate the needle tip of the blood sampling needle plug through the rubber plug of the blood collection vessel, and observe the blood return. If there is no return blood, just look for the vein gently under the skin. Once the needle point penetrates into the vein, return blood can be seen.
4. When the vacuum in the test tube disappears, the blood flow stops. At this time, hold the lower end of the blood collecting vessel and gently touch the edge of the needle holder with your thumb to remove the blood collecting vessel from the needle holder.
5. If multi tube blood collection is needed, repeat step (3) after blood collection, first pull the last blood collection vessel out of the needle holder, and then pull out the needle from the vein.
