indication:
It is suitable for chronic renal failure patients with a series of concurrent symptoms caused by secondary carnitine deficiency, such as cardiomyopathy, skeletal myopathy, arrhythmia, hyperlipidemia, hypotension and muscle spasm during dialysis.

Usage and dosage:
After each hemodialysis, the recommended starting dose is 10-20mg / kg, dissolved in 5-10ml water for injection, intravenous injection once every 2-3 minutes. If the trough concentration of plasma levocarnidine is lower than normal (40-50umol / L), the treatment should be started immediately, and the dose should be adjusted at the third or fourth week of treatment (e.g. 5mg / kg during hemodialysis).

Adverse reactions:
The main causes are transient nausea and vomiting. The occurrence of special odor, nausea and gastritis is rare. It is difficult to estimate the incidence of these reactions due to the complex pathology.
Oral or intravenous L-carnitine can cause epileptic seizures. Patients with previous seizures can induce or aggravate epilepsy, regardless of whether they have a history of epilepsy.
In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of chronic hemodialysis patients, the main adverse reactions (regardless of causality, only those with an incidence of ≥ 5%) were as follows:
l) Systemic system: chest pain, cold symptoms, headache, injection site reaction, pain, etc;
2) Cardiovascular system: cardiovascular abnormalities, hypertension, hypotension, tachycardia, etc;
