It is used for acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, urogenital tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. It is not suitable for severe infection.
Usage and dosage
Oral administration. For adults, 0.25-0.5g (i.e. 1-2 capsules) is given once every 6 hours, and the maximum daily dose is 4G (i.e. 16 capsules). Children's body weight was 25-50 mg / kg a day, once every 6 hours.
Adverse reactions
The incidence of adverse reactions was about 6%. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, epigastric discomfort and other gastrointestinal reactions were common. The incidence of drug eruption is about 1% - 3%. Pseudomembranous enteritis, eosinophilia, direct Coombs test positive reaction, peripheral leucopenia and neutropenia can be seen in some patients. A small number of patients may have a temporary increase in blood urea nitrogen, serum aminotransferase, serum alkaline phosphatase transient increase. Long term use may lead to dysbacteriosis, vitamin deficiency or double infection, occasionally vaginal candidiasis. According to the reports of adverse reactions after marketing in China, the use of this product may lead to hematuria. In addition, there were rare adverse reactions such as mental disorder, hearing loss, food allergy, anaphylactic shock, dysuria, drug-induced hemolysis, arrhythmia and so on.

It is forbidden for those allergic to cephalosporin and those with history of anaphylactic shock or immediate reaction to penicillin.

1. Before using this product, the patient's allergic history to cephalosporins, penicillins and other drugs should be inquired in detail. The patient with allergic shock history to penicillins should not use this product. Other patients should pay attention to the possibility of cross allergic reaction between cephalosporins and penicillins, which is about 5% - 7%. It should be carefully used under close observation. In case of allergic reaction, the drug should be stopped immediately. In case of anaphylactic shock, it is necessary to rescue immediately, including keeping airway unobstructed, oxygen inhalation and application of and glucocorticoid.
2. This product is mainly excreted through the kidney. If the renal function is decreased, the dosage should be reduced or the administration interval should be prolonged.
3. False positive reaction may appear in the determination of urine sugar by copper sulfate method.
