Indication:
Chlorphenamine maleate injection, indications for chlorphenamine maleate, can treat allergic rhinitis: effective for allergic rhinitis and nasal congestion caused by upper respiratory tract infection, can be used for cold or sinusitis; skin and mucous membrane allergy: effective for urticaria, hay fever, vasomotor rhinitis, and can relieve itching and edema caused by insect bites; can also be used to control drug eruption and allergic rhinitis Contact dermatitis, but at the same time must stop or avoid contact with sensitizing drugs. When the symptoms are acute or severe, injection can be used.
Adverse reactions:
Drowsiness, fatigue, fatigue, dry mouth, nose and throat, and sticky sputum can cause local irritation at the injection site and transient hypotension. Skin ecchymosis and bleeding tendency are rare.
Matters needing attention:
1. People who are allergic to other antihistamines or the following drugs may also be allergic to this drug, such as ephedrine, epinephrine, isoproterenol, m-hydroxyisoproterenol (hydroxyasthma), norepinephrine and other sympathogenic drugs. 4. Do not drive a car, boat or operate dangerous machines during medication.
Medicine interactions:
1. Drinking alcohol or taking central nervous system inhibitors at the same time can enhance the effect of antihistamine
2. This product can enhance the effects of amantadine, anticholinergic drugs, haloperidol, phenothiazines and sympathomimets
3. Quinidine is used with this product, and its effect is similar to atropine
4. When used together with tricyclic antidepressants, it can increase the efficiency of the latter
