Indication
This product is an indispensable part of parenteral nutrition to meet the physiological needs of adults and children for water-soluble vitamins.

Usage and dosage
For adults and children weighing more than 10 kg, one bottle per day; for newborns and children weighing less than 10 kg, one tenth bottle per day.
Under sterile conditions, when compatibility is guaranteed, the product can be dissolved in 10ml of the following solution:
1. Fat soluble vitamin injection (II) (for adults and children over 11 years old);
2. Fat soluble vitamin injection (I) (for children under 11 years old);
3. Fat emulsion injection;
4. Glucose injection without electrolyte;
5. Water for injection;
The mixture prepared by method 1, 2 or 3 above should be added into fat emulsion injection and then infused intravenously, while the mixture prepared by method 4 or 5 can be added into fat emulsion injection or glucose injection and then infused intravenously.
After dissolving, the product should be added into the infusion immediately under sterile condition and used up within 24 hours.
Adverse reactions
Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product may have allergic reactions when using.
Contra-indications:
It is forbidden for patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product.
matters needing attention
Some hypersensitive patients may have allergic reactions.
When this product is added into glucose injection for infusion, it should be kept away from light.
Medication for pregnant and lactating women

Medication for children
For newborns and children weighing less than 10 kg, the dosage should be calculated according to their body weight.
Medication for the elderly

Drug interactions
1. Vitamin B6 in this product can reduce the effect of levodopa.
2. Folic acid in this product can reduce the blood concentration of phenytoin sodium and mask the clinical manifestations of pernicious anemia.
3. The vitamin B12 contained in this product has adverse effect on the treatment of some optic nerve diseases with large dose of ammonium hydroxide.
