Warning:
It is forbidden to be used in patients with allergic reaction to Cefminox or cephalosporins.
Indication:
This product can be used to treat the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. Respiratory system infection: tonsillitis, peritonsillar abscess, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, bronchiectasis (infection), secondary infection of chronic respiratory diseases, pneumonia and pulmonary suppurations.
2. Urinary tract infection: pyelonephritis, cystitis.
3. Abdominal infection: cholecystitis, cholangitis, peritonitis.
4. Pelvic infection: pelvic peritonitis, adnexitis, intrauterine infection, pelvic cavity inflammation, parauterine tissue inflammation.
5. Septicemia.
Adverse reactions
The following adverse reactions were observed after the product was listed.
Incidence: occasionally; less than 0.1%, sometimes; 0.1-5%, common more than 5% or unknown frequency.
1) Serious side effects
1.Shock: if shock occurs occasionally, attention should be paid to observe. If discomfort occurs, foreign body sensation in mouth, wheezing, dizziness, defecation, tinnitus, sweating, etc. The drug should be stopped and disposed of properly.
2. Whole blood cell reduction: occasionally, there is whole blood cell reduction. Therefore, it should be checked regularly, and observe. If there is abnormality, the drug should be stopped and properly disposed.
3. Pseudomembranous colitis: sometimes there is serious colitis accompanied by bloody stool, such as pseudomembranous colitis. Therefore, it is noted that if abdominal pain and frequent diarrhea occur, the drug should be stopped and properly disposed.
2) Severe side effects observed by similar drugs
1. In the case of skin mucocutaneous ophthalmic syndrome (Stevens Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrosis (Lyell syndrome), other cephalosporins antibiotics have occasionally reported skin mucocutaneous eye syndrome (Stevens Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrosis syndrome (Lyell syndrome). Therefore, if there is any abnormality, the drug should be stopped and properly disposed.
2. Acute renal failure: other cephalosporins have some reports of severe renal damage such as acute renal failure. Therefore, the drug should be stopped and properly disposed in case of abnormality.
3. Hemolytic anemia: other cephalosporins have reports of hemolytic anemia, so check regularly and observe. If there is any abnormality, stop the drug and dispose it properly.
4. Interstitial pneumonia: other cephalosporins in pie syndrome occasionally have interstitial pneumonia and pie syndrome with fever, cough, dyspnea, abnormal X-ray in cell, eosinophil and so on. If such symptoms occur, stop the drug and give corticosteroid preparation, etc. and properly handle them.
3) Other side effects
1. Allergies: sometimes rash occurs, occasionally skin redness, itching, fever, etc. if such symptoms occur, stop the drug and properly handle it.
2. Kidney: occasionally, bun is increased, creatinine in blood, urine deficiency, proteinuria and other renal damage is seen. Therefore, regular inspection should be conducted. Attention should be paid to observe. If there is hypouria, hematuria and urine protein, bun rise, creatinine in blood and other examinations, the drug should be stopped and properly disposed.
3. Sometimes, the blood appears granulocytopenia, eosinophil increase, occasionally red cell reduction, reduction of hematocrit value, hemoglobin reduction, thrombocytopenia, prothrombin time extension, etc., so it is necessary to check regularly, pay attention to observation, if there is abnormality, drug should be stopped and properly disposed.
4. Liver: sometimes, cot, CPT, Al-P rise, occasionally γ - GTP, lap, LDN, bilirubin rise and jaundice. Therefore, observe if there is abnormality, stop the drug and dispose it properly.
5. Digestive tract: sometimes diarrhea occurs, occasionally nausea, vomiting, anorexia, etc., so pay attention to observation, if there is abnormality, should stop medicine and properly handle.
6. Bacterial group Alternation: occasionally, oral inflammation, candidiasis.
7. Vitamin deficiency: occasionally, vitamin K deficiency symptoms (low prothrombin, bleeding tendency, etc.) and vitamin B group lack symptoms (glossitis, stomatitis, anorexia, neuritis, etc.).
8. Others: I have a sense of general weakness.
Matters needing attention:
This product may cause shock. Please consult carefully before use. If you want to use it, you should have a skin test. First aid preparation for shock and observation after administration.
·Patients with history of allergy to β - lactam antibiotics should be cautious.
·If you have asthma, rash, urticaria or other allergic constitution, you should use it with caution.
·Patients with severe renal impairment should be cautious.
·Elderly patients should refer to [medication for elderly patients].
·The dosage can be adjusted in patients with renal insufficiency.
·Patients with insufficient oral intake or non oral maintenance nutrition, patients with poor general condition [may have symptoms of vitamin K deficiency] should use it with caution.
·Drinking may cause facial flushing, palpitation, vertigo, headache, nausea, etc., so avoid drinking during and at least one week after medication.
