Indication:
Mainly used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. It can reduce the reabsorption of urate in renal tubules and promote the excretion of urate, so it can be used in the treatment of acute gout.
Adverse reactions:
1. Common adverse reactions were nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort, retention of water and sodium, edema, rash, etc.
2. It can also cause diarrhea, vertigo, headache, long-term high-dose peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding;
3. Occasionally cause hepatitis, jaundice, nephritis, hematuria, exfoliative dermatitis, erythema multiforme, goiter, agranulocytosis and thrombocytopenia;
4. Take medicine for more than one week and check the blood picture. In case of fever, sore throat, rash, jaundice and tarry stool, the drug should be stopped immediately.
Taboo:
Aspirin allergy, history of ulcer, edema, hypertension, psychosis, epilepsy, bronchial asthma, heart disease and liver and kidney dysfunction are forbidden.
Matters needing attention:
1. Avoid salt when using medicine;
2. Blood picture should be checked and renal function should be monitored during medication;
3. This product should not be taken for a long time. Blood test should be carried out for more than one week.
