It is mainly used for respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue, oral cavity, digestive tract and other infectious diseases caused by cefadroxil sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and pneumococcus, and otitis media. Urinary tract infection, such as urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, pyelonephritis, gonorrhea; respiratory tract infection, such as pneumonia, sinusitis, bronchitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis; skin and soft tissue infection, such as cellulitis, furuncle, etc.
Usage and dosage
Oral administration.
Common dosage for adults: 0.5-1g once, twice a day.
Common dosage for children: 15-20mg / kg every 12 hours according to body weight. Streptococcus pyogenes pharyngitis (and tonsillitis) 15mg / kg every 12 hours for 10 days.
Adult patients with renal dysfunction: the first dose was 1 g loading dose, and then the administration interval was extended according to the degree of renal dysfunction. When the creatinine clearance rate was 25-50ml / min, 10-25ml / min and 0-10ml / min, 500mg was taken every 12 hours, 24 hours and 36 hours respectively.
The oral absorption of this product is not affected by eating and can be taken with food. This product is a quick dissolving tablet, which can be quickly dissolved in water within 60 seconds. Children can swallow it with warm boiled water or take it after dissolving in liquid drinks such as boiled water, fruit juice and milk (the water temperature should be lower than 40 ºC), once in the morning and once in the evening. The interval between the first day and the second day is 8-12 hours. If you take it after dissolving it, please take it after dissolving it with 4-8 ml warm water or juice, rinse the cup 1-2 times, and take the powder after dissolving it.

Adverse reactions

(5) Interference to diagnosis: Patients with this product may have positive results in Coombs test (direct); false positive results in urine glucose determination by copper sulfate method; blood urea nitrogen, serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase may increase temporarily.
