For the treatment of respiratory tract infection caused by sensitive bacteria, gastrointestinal and digestive tract infection, urinary tract infection, soft tissue infection and meningitis, sepsis, endocarditis, etc.
Usage and dosage
Oral, adult, 0.75g (3 capsules), 3 times a day, or as directed.
Adverse reactions
1. The adverse reactions of this product are similar to those of penicillin, especially allergic reactions. Rash is the most common reaction, mostly occurred in 5 days after medication, presenting with urticaria or macular papules; interstitial nephritis can also occur; allergic shock is occasionally seen.
2. Gastrointestinal reactions such as glossitis, gastritis, nausea, vomiting, enteritis, diarrhea and mild abdominal pain were also more common.
3. Granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia are occasionally seen in patients treated with ampicillin. Antibiotic associated enteritis is rare, and a few patients have elevated serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT).

1. It is forbidden for those allergic to penicillins and cephalosporins or patients with positive penicillin skin test.
2. Uric acid renal calculi, gout acute attack, active peptic ulcer patients are forbidden.
3. It is forbidden for children under 2 years old.

2. It is not suitable for patients with liver and kidney insufficiency. Patients with abnormal blood biochemistry and Hemogram should be cautious.
3. Patients with liver dysfunction should not take this product.
4. Patients with infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus infection, lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma are prone to skin rash and should be avoided.
5. In case of anaphylactic shock, it is necessary to rescue on the spot, keep airway unblocked, inhale oxygen and glucocorticoid.
