Indication:
The strains sensitive to this product are: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, pneumococcus, Enterococcus (except Enterococcus faecium), Moraxella, Escherichia coli, citric acid bacteria, Klebsiella, enterobacter, Serratia, proteus, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, actinomycetes, peptococcus, Bacteroides, Prevotella, fusobacteria The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.
This product is suitable for the treatment of septicemia caused by sensitive bacteria, pneumonia, lung abscess, secondary infection caused by chronic respiratory diseases, refractory cystitis, pyelonephritis, peritonitis, gynecological adnexitis, etc.
Adverse reactions:
The serious adverse reactions include:
(1) Shock (< 0.1%), allergy;
(2) Interstitial pneumonia (0.1% - 5%), pie syndrome;
(3) Pseudomembranous colitis and other severe enteritis;
(4) Muscle spasm and mental disorder;
(5) Liver function damage and jaundice;
(6) Acute renal insufficiency;
Taboo:
(1) It is not allowed to be allergic to this product.
(2) It is forbidden for patients taking valproate drugs.
Matters needing attention:
(1) Those allergic to carbapenems, penicillins and cephalosporins should be cautious;
(2) If you or your immediate family members have allergic constitution which is easy to induce bronchial asthma, rash, urticaria and other symptoms, use it with caution;
(3) Patients with severe renal insufficiency should be cautious;
